Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Introduction
These terms govern your use of the M&W Education UK website and the tutoring and educational services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Use of Our Website
You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute formal educational advice unless provided as part of an agreed tutoring engagement.
Consultations and Tutoring
Free consultations are offered to help us understand your child's needs and recommend a suitable path. Paid tutoring sessions are arranged by separate agreement. While we are committed to helping every child reach their potential, we cannot guarantee admission to any particular school, as admissions decisions are made solely by the schools concerned.
Practice Papers and Resources
Free sample resources are provided for personal use and may not be copied, redistributed or resold. Paid practice papers and resources sold through our Etsy shop are subject to the terms applicable on that platform. All materials remain the intellectual property of M&W Education UK.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to M&W Education UK and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&W Education UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability in connection with any paid service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for that service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
